Over the past 15 years in Noryangjin, serving students, office workers, and families, we have learned the true meaning of 'post-meal satisfaction.' We focus on food that isn't overly aggressive but keeps you coming back, and dough that leaves your stomach feeling light and comfortable.
We use ingredients with clear origins, such as mushrooms from Songhwa Farm in Ganghwado, and build the natural flavors of our ingredients onto thin, light Roman-style crusts.
